DELICIOUS! The Baja fish tacos were great- crispy battered flaky white fish with creamy(maybe a hint of garlic or onion?) coleslaw SO GOOD! And CLAM STRIPS! I grew up eating these and they're hard to find - this place makes the best I've had in ages! They are pup friendly with outdoor seating and I was able to order an awesome unseasoned hamburger patty which my dog devoured! Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town.

Great stop when you're in Mendocino county! It was such a delight to grab a bite here, especially on a nice day! It's all outdoor seating right by the water. We ordered the fish tacos, shrimp tacos, clam chowder, and clam strips. Both tacos were delicious, but make sure you eat them quick before the breading gets soggy! The breading is very light, so the meal didn't feel too heavy. They also came with chips with very flavorful salsa. The clam chowder was really thick and flavorful. I'd pass on the clam strips though. There's a bit too much breading, so it took away from the flavor of the clams. Would definitely come back!! Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

The Noyo Fish Company was a great find for our dinner. We got there 40 minutes before 8 (their supposed closing time) and the place was jam packed with a pretty line for ordering at the counter. Dining was in a tented area at mostly shared tables. There were heat lamps, so it was nice and cozy. Everything was pretty much self service; you get your own utensils and water and, if needed, take out boxes for leftovers. A wait person did bring our orders to us after we sat ourselves. Our friends ordered the salmon tacos (2 tacos) and the clam chowder. I tasted the chowder and it was delicious; thick, creamy, and full of clams. I ordered tacos, too; one with breaded fried fish and two with grilled salmon; ordered three because it was two for $14 or three for $17 and I was able to order the two different kinds. Both tacos were absolutely stuffed with fish, cabbage and grilled onions. Both fishes were fresh, moist, and amazing. After eating two, I was stuffed and had to take the third one to go. The tacos also came with tortilla chips and salsa and there were a couple of different hot sauces on the table. This is definitely a wonderful local spot and well worth the wait for the table to open up and the food to be put down in front of you!

Spent the weekend exploring Mendocino and found this lovely spot to try before our drive back home. Loved all the dishes we ordered! It is open area outdoor seating. Water and utensils are self-serve. Definitely would want to come back again!
